Since 2015, MPM Global Solutions (MPM) has been a global government services provider in support of national security and foreign policy objectives – delivering applicable support solutions for country defense, government and corporate security, law enforcement, counterterrorism, appropriate law and civil rights issues, as well as prison reform/management.
MPM’s primary focus is as subject experts and trainers of law enforcement/security tactics, techniques and procedures of the various disciplines mentioned above. Traditionally, we are a training and instructor based company providing our clients with professionally executed services, both domestically and abroad, that will meet, but usually exceed, the complex demands of today’s world. We integrate our many competencies to provide solutions that fit each customer and situation while offering a culture of compliance, accountability, and strict adherence to safety and security during all classroom and field training exercises.
MPM is currently staffed with more than twenty (20) former law enforcement personnel from the U.S. Department of Justice, various state/local law enforcement agencies and elite U.S. military units that have all been thoroughly vetted as to their credentials, expertise and professional qualifications. Many have previously deployed in support of U.S. government contract initiatives – as such, prior Past Performance confirmation is available upon request.
In addition to their seasoned tactical instructors, the MPM classroom staff has been developed from seasoned FBI/DEA personnel as well as other agencies. The MPM staff has had years of experience training both FBI and DEA Special Agents in complex criminal investigations, crime scene investigation, crime scene evidence collection, forensics, drug/contraband smuggling, urban/rural surveillance techniques and other related skills. Additionally, a majority of the staff have served as former lead instructors at advanced FBI/DEA criminal investigations as well as DEA Foreign Counter-Drug Operations training programs.
MPM provides program management and full service support for standard course delivery for those courses designated by the client – customized special programs and those specified in individual training orders. We ensure all activities are controlled, scheduled, monitored, reported, and managed consistent with and supportive of the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW) with the client.
The MPM management team coordinates with the Client on the conduct of the contract, plans, schedules, operations and risks inherent with extensive worldwide training in austere, politically sensitive and/or high threat environments and identifies any and all potential risks associated with contract performance and includes a robust risk mitigation plan as part of its proposal.
In sum, MPM trainers/operators have the appropriate training and experience to offer their overseas clients myriad tactical, operational and/or security support services upon request. To set them apart, MPM trainers will have extensive Mobile Training Team (MTT) and/or field operations experience who are accustomed to leading by example and always from the front.
